This notice explains how Aderis AG processes the personal data of applicants and candidates in connection with our recruitment. It is separate from the Privacy Policy that applies to our website.
Aderis AG, Seestrasse 139, 8802 Kilchberg, Switzerland. Email: mail@aderis.com, Phone: +41 43 883 38 88.
We process the information you provide during the recruitment process, including your contact details, CV, cover letter, qualifications, employment history, interview notes, work samples, references (where provided), correspondence, and publicly available professional information relevant to your application.
We process your personal data to evaluate your application, communicate with you during recruitment, comply with legal obligations, protect our legal interests, and, where you have given consent, consider you for future opportunities. Processing is based on the applicable provisions of the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, or ethnic origin); please do not include such information in your application unless we specifically request it.
We use trusted service providers to support recruitment, communication, and document management, including Attio, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn. These providers process personal data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Where personal data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. / Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable), or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may use AI-assisted tools to support the review and assessment of applications. These tools help us evaluate qualifications and experience against the requirements of a role but do not make final hiring decisions. All significant recruitment decisions are subject to human review. Where required by applicable law, you may request human intervention or challenge a decision.
Unsuccessful applications: deleted within 6 months of the final decision, unless a longer period is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Talent pool: if you consent, kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. Successful applications: relevant data is transferred to your personnel file and kept under our employee data rules.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, request data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details above.
